ENERQUALITY Unveils Bold New Brand and Website: A Commitment to Sustainable Progress and Leadership.
We're thrilled to announce that enerQUALITY is expanding its footprint in ENERGY STAR® building certifications! As an organization dedicated to promoting energy efficiency and environmental responsibility, we are proud to share that we will soon be certifying our second and third buildings for the ENERGY STAR® Multifamily High Rise Program.
Our second building, Illumina by Molinaro Group, in collaboration with SRS Consulting Engineers, is located at 500 Brock Avenue in Burlington, Ontario. This impressive development stands at 22 storeys high and comprises 162 units.
The third building in line for certification is 55 Port by FRAM, in partnership with EQ Building Performance. Situated at 55 Port Street East in Mississauga, Ontario, this nine-storey building boasts 31 units of sustainable living space.
This accomplishment underscores our commitment to creating healthier, more sustainable living spaces while helping our clients reduce energy costs and carbon footprints. By earning the ENERGY STAR® certification, these buildings will demonstrate exceptional energy performance, superior comfort, and enhanced durability, setting a high standard for residential developments in our community.
Our team has worked diligently to ensure that these buildings meet the criteria set forth by the ENERGY STAR® program, from efficient heating and cooling systems to high-performance windows and insulation. This achievement reflects not only our expertise in green building practices but also our dedication to advancing sustainable solutions in the built environment.
We extend our gratitude to everyone involved in making this milestone possible, including our clients, partners, and team members. Together, we are driving positive change and creating a more sustainable future for generations to come.
