On May 4th at the BILD Awards, nine EnerQuality ENERGY STAR builders took home 11 awards between them.
The haul for ENERGY STAR builders included two of the top awards of the night: Home Builder of the Year - Low Rise for Mattamy Homes and Home Builder of the Year - Mid/High Rise for Great Gulf Homes.
Other awards for high performance builders were Green Builder of the Year - Low Rise for Dunsire Developments, Best Innovative Home Design for Arista Homes, Best Luxury Home Design to Acorn Developments, Best New Community - Built for Menkes Developments, and Best Marketing Innovation to Great Gulf Homes.
Also recognized was Project of the Year - Low Rise, to TACC Developments, Arista Homes, DECO Homes, Fieldgate Homes and Opus Homes, Best Brochure - Low Rise to Fernbrook Homes, Pristine Homes and Zancor Homes, Best Digital Marketing Campaign - Low Rise, to Arista Homes, Deco Homes, Fieldgate Development, Great Gulf Homes, OPUS Homes and Paradise Developments and Best Salesperson or Team - Low Rise for Minto Communities.
