Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has now released their proposed changes to the ENERGY STAR for New Homes (ESNH) Standard, Version 12 builder option packages (BOPs) for Ontario.

The revised performance targets and BOPs reflect the changes to the new Ontario Building Code - as outlined in MMA Supplementary Standard SB-12 Energy Efficiency for Housing (July 7, 2016 update) - that comes into effect after December 31, 2016.

Comments on the proposed changes are now being accepted.

The comment period is open until January 23, 2017.
