Prerequisites

Students registering for this course MUST have successfully completed an Advanced Building Science course within the past 3 calendar years. Students taking the NZB course prior to an ABS certification course will be required to complete an ABS course before you can receive your certificate of completion + register with CHBA as a trained NZ Builder.

An exam at the end of the course is designed to confirm that participants have learned the key Net Zero Builder material. A passing grade is 75%.

With an extensive background as a builder for 20+ years Andrew brings an insightful and real-life practicality to building science principles and their in-field applications.

As a recognized building science trainer by the government of Canada-Office of Energy Efficiency, Building Science Specialist (University of Toronto), and HVAC designer and commissioner, Andrew is working closely with the development of new building codes, advanced building programs (i.e. ENERGY STAR®, Net Zero, LEED for HomesTM, etc.) across North America.

Cancellation Policy

EnerQuality endeavours to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy. In the event you are unable to personally attend a workshop, you may, with prior notice, substitute another representative from your company. A refund (less $50 administration fee) will be issued for cancellations made up to 14 days in advance of the workshop. Contractual obligations and agreements with third parties may require for the policy to be amended or revised from time to time. EnerQuality reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel events. Should this be required, we will provide prior notice to all registrants.
