General Information

1What is the date and location of the trade show?

The ENERQUALITY Building Innovation Forum & Awards takes place Thursday, March 6, 2025 at the Sheraton Markham (600 Hwy 7, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1B2)

2What are the trade show hours

Doors open at 8:00am to ticket holders, and the event wraps up at 2:00pm. The Tradeshow area will be open for event attendees throughout the event hours, with special break times between programming so that attendees can visit our manufacturer and supplier booths.

3Is the trade show open to the public?

The tradeshow area is open to event ticket holders. You can purchase tickets HERE

4How can I register to attend the trade show?

You can purchase tickets HERE. Early Bird tickets are on sale until January 10, 2025, and then tickets will be at regular price.

1How can I book a booth at the trade show?

If you are interested in registering for a trade show booth, you can buy it directly from here or contact Joanne Fraraccio, Education & Events Manger with ENERQUALITY at joanne@enerquality.ca

2What is included with a booth package?

3Can I choose the location of my booth?

Booth locations will be confirmed first come, first served

4Are custom booth designs allowed?

Booth space is 8x8 and exhibitors will be provided with 1x 6-foot covered table (black stretch cloth) and 2 chairs. There will be a half wall of pipe & drape separating booths that are back-to-back. Depending on the location of an exhibitors’ booth, accommodations may be permitted in terms of their booth design. Requests will need to be discussed with the ENERQUALITY Events team ahead of time. Additional requirements including request for power may be obtained from the AV company.

Exhibitors will be provided with a detailed document with information regarding load in/load out times, shipping materials, and booth location at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.

5What are the setup and teardown times for exhibitors?

Exhibitors will be able to load in and set up the day before the event, on Wednesday, March 5th between 7:00pm – 11:00pm; and will be asked to tear down following the event on Thursday, March 6th between 2:00pm – 4:30pm, and will need to depart no later than 5:00pm.

Exhibitors will be provided with a detailed document with information regarding load in/load out times, shipping materials, and booth location at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.

For Attendees

1Do I need to register in advance, or can I register on-site?

We ask that guests purchase their tickets before the event, with ticket sales closing on Friday, February 21, 2025. Tickets can be purchased HERE

2Is there a fee to attend the trade show?

No. Your event ticket includes access to the Tradeshow

3Will there be parking available at the venue?

Yes. There is plenty of complimentary underground and above ground parking.

4Are food and beverages provided?

Yes. Your event ticket includes breakfast, a mid-morning break, and lunch. There will be non-alcoholic beverages available throughout the meals.
